Tire mounting services are provided using the Hunter Engineering new Revolution tire machine or Hunter’s TC3500 internal, non metallic, rim clamp machine, depending on the tire/wheel combination. This equipment is also used for indexing the tire and wheel assemblies as indicated by the Road Force Balancing operation. This machine is designed to minimize the potential risk of damage to performance and alloy wheels; there is no metal to metal contact. All installed wheel assemblies are tightened to factory torque specifications by hand with calibrated torque wrenches. Nitrogen filled upon request.

Tire and Wheel Balancing
Proper wheel balance eliminates vibration. Vibration, in addition to irritating the driver and passengers, causes premature wear of tires, struts, shocks and other suspension components. We offer Road Force Balancing using a Hunter Engineering GPS9723-05 machine. Road Force Balancing simulates the vehicle weighted tire on the road and measures the run-out and irregularities of the tire and wheel independently and together. Corrections are made based on computer feedback to properly balance the assembly and make it as round as possible. A printout of the tire and wheel assembly conditions can be provided. Non-lead wheel weights are used for balancing. Nitrogen is available on request at not additional change. All installed wheel assemblies are tightened to factory torque specifications by hand with calibrated torque wrenches.
